Tkita Privacy Policy
1. What is the Privacy Policy?
AirSound Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') 'collects, uses, and provides personal information based on the user's consent,' and 'actively guarantees the user's rights (right to self-determination regarding personal information).' The Company complies with the relevant laws and regulations, personal information protection provisions, and guidelines of the Republic of Korea that information and communications service providers must adhere to.
The 'Privacy Policy' refers to the guidelines the Company must adhere to in order to protect the user's valuable personal information, allowing the user to use the service with confidence. This Privacy Policy applies to the Tkita service (hereinafter referred to as 'Tkita' or the 'Service').

- Confirmation of participation in events/promotions, utilization for marketing and advertising, etc.
- Processing voice commands, improving voice recognition, and providing personalized services
- Utilization for service usage records, access frequency and statistics on service usage, establishing a service environment that protects privacy, providing customized services, and service improvement
Personal information is used for member management, service provision and improvement, and new service development.

4. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
- The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use of personal information pursuant to the law, or within the period of retention and use of personal information consented to by the data subject at the time of collection.

- Use of Customer Center: Up to 1 month after the customer consultation ends

- If claims and obligations resulting from website use remain: Until the settlement of the relevant claims and obligations
- Provision of goods or services: Until the completion of goods/service supply and payment/settlement of charges. However, in cases falling under the following reasons, retention is until the end of the relevant period:
- Records regarding contract or withdrawal of subscription, etc.: 5 years (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 2 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records regarding payment and supply of goods, etc.: 5 years (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 3 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records regarding consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
- Records regarding labeling and advertising: 6 months (Article 6, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
5. Destruction of Personal Information
Personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved, and the procedures and methods are as follows:
In the case of electronic file formats, they are safely deleted to prevent recovery or reproduction, and in the case of other records, printouts, or documents, they are destroyed by shredding or incineration. However, information stored and then destroyed according to internal policy is as follows:
- Encrypted storage of the Tkita account and withdrawal notification email address for sending notification emails and responding to CS inquiries
- Records of unauthorized service use
Furthermore, in accordance with the 'Personal Information Validity Period System,' Tkita separately stores or deletes the personal information of members who have not used the service for one year. The separately stored personal information is retained for 3 years and then destroyed without delay.

- Tkita does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where there is separate consent from the user or where stipulated by law.
- Tkita does not provide personal information to external parties without the user's prior consent. However, personal information is provided to third parties after obtaining the user's consent, within the necessary scope for the user to use the services of external partners, etc.
- The Company may outsource personal information to external companies to carry out some of the tasks that are absolutely necessary for service provision. The Company may also outsource under its management and supervision to ensure that the outsourced company does not violate relevant laws and regulations.

13. Changes to the Privacy Policy

However, in the event of significant changes to user rights, such as changes to the items of personal information collected or the purpose of use, users will be notified at least 30 days in advance.
